1. Introduction

HoldOn Egyesulet (registered in Hungary under number 01-02-0018388, registered office: 1113 Budapest, Villanyi ut 72. I/1.), hereinafter the Association, operates the HoldOn project and the holdonprojekt.hu website. Using the website or any collaboration with the HoldOn project means you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Association's services.

2. Donations and Contributions

Monetary donations are accepted through the bank account listed on the website. Please always include "Donation" in the reference field.
In-kind donations are accepted after prior coordination. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not match our current needs or hygiene expectations.
Corporate partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms apply as long as they do not conflict with the individual contract.

3. Use of Materials

Any text, graphic, or image on holdonprojekt.hu is protected by copyright, even if it is not explicitly marked.
Anyone may reference our materials for educational or press purposes as long as the source is properly credited and the content is not altered in a misleading way.
The Association's name and visual assets may be used for commercial purposes only with prior written consent.

4. Community Standards

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both beneficiaries and volunteers. Any communication, donation, or collaboration that is discriminatory, harmful, or abusive will be refused immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

We always strive to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee completeness. The Association is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information published on the website.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any modification will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
